- Radiation therapy as per institutional preference (based on ECOG, SWOG, and GELA trials), but usually added for bulky disease
- Localized primary cutaneous ALCL
- Radiation therapy alone
- Surgical excision alone
- Surgically excision with adjuvant radiation.
