Reception
The character of Amita Ramanuajan has received a mixed reception. Brian Zoromski, a reviewer at IGN.com, said that, until the episode “Angels and Devils”, Amita did not feel like a well-rounded character and that Rawat appeared “annoying”. Rawat has appeared at the 2005 National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) convention in Anaheim.
