Collective Action
"The American Gas Association has worked with the (FERC) Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to improve market transparency reporting. The following year, the Energy Policy Act of 2005 included market behavior and provisions and penalties, and FERC issued a rule prohibiting market manipulation.
