- Allied Naval Forces North (NAVNORTH) in Northwood, United Kingdom.
- Three Joint Sub-regional commands:
- Joint Command Centre in Heidelberg, Germany;
- Joint Command North-East in Karup, Denmark;
- Joint Command North in Stavanger, Norway
The command alternated between British and German generals.
