Other Awards
On Allan Border Medal night there are also other awards announced such as the Bradman Young Cricketer of the Year, One Day International Player of the Year, Test Player of the Year, State Player of the Year and Women's International Cricketer of the Year. In February 2007, Ricky Ponting became the first player to win the three major awards in the same year. 2011 was the introduction of a Twenty20 International player of the year.
