Alicia Hempleman Adams is the daughter of British explorer David Hempleman-Adams. She holds the record for the youngest person to have reached the North Pole when she was flown there to meet her father at the age of eight. On 13 April 2009 she became the youngest person to traverse Baffin Island, aged 15, with her father and three others.

Alicia went on to attend Prior Park College in Bath. She is currently studying fashion at the University of Creative Arts in Epsom and is an avid polo player.
