Alexander Mantashev (Armenian: Ալեքսանդր Մանթաշյան, Aleksandr Mantashian; Russian: Александр Иванович Манташев, Aleksandr Ivanovich Mantashev; March 3, 1842 – April 19, 1911 and was buried on April 30 in the Armenian Pantheon of Tbilisi) was a prominent Armenian oil magnate, industrialist, financier, and a philanthropist. By the end of his life he had become one of the world's wealthiest individuals.
