Albert Mosse
Isaac Albert Mosse (October 1, 1846 – May 31, 1925) was a German judge and legal scholar. Mosse's importance lies in the working out of Japan's Meiji Constitution and his continuation of Litthauer's Comments on the German Commercial Code.
