Coup Attempt

In August 2008 Nui and a small group calling themselves the Kingdom of Hawaii Nation briefly took control of Iolani Palace in an attempted coup d'état in order to reoccupy the throne, much similar to the coup of Yukio Mishima in 1970. Approximately two hours after their entering the grounds, they were arrested on charges of burglary.
