Personal Life
Adam Rippon was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania. He is the eldest of six children. Rippon was born deaf but underwent surgery at Yale University when he was young which allows him to hear almost perfectly. He started to skate at age ten because his mother skated and brought him along to the rink.
