Annual Interactive Achievement Awards
The Interactive Achievement Awards (IAA's) are the awards that recognize the year's best videogames, computer games, online entertainment, outstanding individuals, and groundbreaking development teams that have propelled the advancement of the entertainment software industry. The awards presented by the AIAS are determined by a vote of field specific and Academy members.
The winners of the Interactive Achievement Awards are determined by secure ballot of industry experts. These experts comprise a body of accomplishments in all facets of game craft: art, design, engineering, animation, performance and production. All Academy voting is conducted in secret-online, secure, supervised and certified by eBallot Inc. The Interactive Achievement Awards is broadcast on G4 TV, and G4TV.com.

Famous quotes containing the words annual and/or achievement:
“In soliciting donations from his flock, a preacher may promise eternal life in a celestial city whose streets are paved with gold, and thats none of the laws business. But if he promises an annual free stay in a luxury hotel on Earth, hed better have the rooms available.”
—Unknown. Charlotte Observer (October 6, 1989)
“She was so overcome by the splendor of his achievement that she took him into the closet and selected a choice apple and delivered it to him, along with an improving lecture upon the added value and flavor a treat took to itself when it came without sin through virtuous effort. And while she closed with a Scriptural flourish, he hooked a doughnut.”
—Mark Twain [Samuel Langhorne Clemens] (18351910)
