Musical Studies
The studies that relate directly to musical performance (bass, vocals, drums, keyboards and guitar) focus on making the student learn to perform at an industry professional standard consistently, teaching music theory, ear training, different playing styles, songwriting and music culture. The student is to be prepared to work in the music industry in many different scenarios, ranging from being a Session musician, tutor or even a successful musician, solo or in a band. Students are made to work in bands created for and in school, and are observed and tutored in their progression in that scenario, as well as graded in the end.

Famous quotes containing the words musical and/or studies:
“Then, bringing me the joy we feel when wee see a work by our favorite painter which differs from any other that we know, or if we are led before a painting of which we have until then only seen a pencil sketch, if a musical piece heard only on the piano appears before us clothed in the colors of the orchestra, my grandfather called me the [hawthorn] hedge at Tansonville, saying, You who are so fond of hawthorns, look at this pink thorn, isnt it lovely?”
—Marcel Proust (18711922)
“The best laws cannot make a constitution work in spite of morals; morals can turn the worst laws to advantage. That is a commonplace truth, but one to which my studies are always bringing me back. It is the central point in my conception. I see it at the end of all my reflections.”
—Alexis de Tocqueville (18051859)
