"7 Days" is the second single from Craig David's debut album Born to Do It. It hit number one in the United Kingdom and number ten in the United States. "7 Days" is David's biggest worldwide hit to date and received a Gold certification sale in the UK. The song was nominated for a Grammy in 2003 and was recently covered by Zoot Woman. The song was the 17th best selling of 2000 in Britain. There is also a remix produced by DJ Premier which features Mos Def and vocal samples from Nate Dogg's chorus in "Oh No."

The music video was directed by Max & Dania.
