The 6th Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry (3 years) was an infantry regiment that served in the Union Army during the American Civil War. This regiment was the senior Indiana regiment of the Civil War, as it was numbered in sequence after the five Indiana volunteer regiments of the Mexican-American War.
