Organization
The 55th Sustainment Brigade has a permanent organization of four attached battalions, one finance detachment and one signal company, however this number can be changed when the unit is deployed in a theater of operations. These permanent attachments include:
- 275th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, Fort Lee, Virginia
- 313th Transportation Battalion, Baltimore, Maryland
- 497th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, Salem, Virginia
- 55th Special Troops Battalion, Fort Belvoir, Virginia
