201 Folsom Street is the second phase of Tishman Speyer's massive two block development in South of Market, San Francisco. It is located one block to the southwest of the project's first phase: The Infinity. 201 Folsom I will stand 43 stories tall and 201 Folsom II will stand 38 stories tall. The entire complex will contain 671 units with 12 studios, 234 one-bedrooms, 333 two-bedrooms and 92 threes.
Tishman Speyer originally had until September 3, 2012, to commence work on the project or risk losing its permits. The deadline passed without construction commencing, but Tishman filed for an extension and plans to start construction as soon as the permits are issued.
