Famous quotes containing the words round and/or two:

“All round and round does the world lie as in a sharp-shooter’s ambush, to pick off the beautiful illusions of youth, by the pitiless cracking rifles of the realities of age.”
    —Herman Melville (1819–1891)

“I know that two and two make four—& should be glad to prove it too if I could—though I must say if by any sort of process I could convert 2 & 2 into five it would give me much greater pleasure.”
    —George Gordon Noel Byron (1788–1824)
