The Huntsville Stars' 2008 season is the franchise's twenty-fourth year of play. The team finished the regular season with a record of 73 wins and 67 losses. They tied with the West Tenn Diamond Jaxx for first-place in the first half, but lost the title in a one-game playoff. They finished third in the second half, which kept them out of the post-season.
