The 2008 Bell Challenge was a women's tennis tournament played on hard courts. It was the 16th edition of the Bell Challenge, and was part of the Tier III Series of the 2008 WTA Tour. It took place at the PEPS sport complex in Quebec City, Canada, from October 27 through November 2, 2008.
