- Guinea as group 8 winner.
- Mali as group 9 winner.
- Namibia as group 10 winner.
- Zambia as group 11 winner.
- Morocco as group 12 winner.
- Tunisia, Benin, and South Africa as the three best runners-up from groups 2-11.
