Preseason
The Detroit opened up the preseason against the Denver Broncos with an impressive win against the Super Bowl contender, winning 20-13 on August 11. However, their next 3 games they lost; Losing 16-20 against Cleveland Browns on August 18, 3-21 against the Oakland Raiders on August 25, and 13-20 against the Buffalo Bills on August 31.
