The 1991 FIFA World Youth Championship took place in Portugal from June 14 to June 30, 1991. The 1991 championship was the 8th contested. Korea competed as a united team of both Koreas (though FIFA attributes its historical data to South Korea). Portugal won the second consecutive title of their history, after the victory in the previous tournament. The tournament took place in five venues: Faro, Braga, GuimarĂ£es, Porto and Lisbon.
