Steven Jacobs
Steven Jacobs was the main antagonist in the movie Rise of the Planet of the Apes. He was portrayed by David Oyelowo.
Jacobs was Will Rodman's short-sighted and greedy boss who wanted to experiment Will's drug on chimps and disregarded its effects on humans, helping to set the stage for the global pandemic that leads to apes taking over Earth.
After Caesar and the other apes escape from the "ape sanctuary" and break into Gen-Sys to free the test subjects, Jacobs escapes in a helicopter to head off the apes on the Golden Gate Bridge. Jacobs instructs the door gunner to shoot Caesar, which proves to be a fatal mistake when Buck the gorilla leaps into the helicopter, bringing it down at the cost of his own life and heavily injuring Jacobs.
Furious at the murder of his friend, Caesar allows Koba, who already had an instinctive dislike for Jacobs, to push the helicopter off the bridge, sending Jacobs to his death.
