Symptoms of a varicocele may include:

  • Dragging-like or aching pain within scrotum.
  • Feeling of heaviness in the testicle(s)
  • Atrophy (shrinking) of the testicle(s)
  • Visible or palpable (able to be felt) enlarged vein
