Valour (tugboat)
The T/V Valour was an uninspected towing vessel operated by Maritrans Operation Company. The Maritrans tug Valour was built in 1975 by Main Iron Works of Houma, La. and sank in the early hours of January 18, 2006 approximately 40 miles (64 km) off the coast of Wilmington, North Carolina. Three crew members lost their lives as a result.
