- 13 August 2012: Flight 546 was on scheduled domestic service from Jessore to Dhaka operated by an ATR 72-212 (S2-AFE) with 10 passengers and cabin crew, when the windshield of the first officer (Co-Pilot) completely blew out due to high pressure at an altitude of 9000 feet. The captain safely landed the plane at Shahjalal International Airport. The first officer received an eye injury, and was later hospitalized.
