Tumlingtar is a region and a city, in Eastern Nepal, between Arun river and Sabha River in Kosi Zone. It is also the deepest valley and biggest Tar (Plain land near the hill) of Nepal. It is situated at 27.30 N, 87.20 E. Elevation is 285 meters.
