Tipularia is a genus of temperate terrestrial orchids (family Orchidaceae), comprising only three species, one each from North America, Japan, and the Himalayas. Its name is derived from Tipula, a genus of cranefly.
Tipularia orchids form leaves in autumn which last through the winter and wither in spring.
The two genera Anthericlis and Plecturus have been brought into synonymy with Tipularia.
