This film's plot is about Plankton's evil plan to steal Neptune's crown and send it to Shell City, where SpongeBob and Patrick must retrieve it and save Mr. Krabs' life from King Neptune's raft and their home, Bikini Bottom from Plankton's plan. It was released on November 19, 2004, and received positive reviews from critics and fans alike. This film was also a box office success, as it grossed over $140 million.
