Future
It was reported in January 2012 that the Big Breakfast could make a return in time for the 2012 Olympic Games, and would air on either Channel 4 or 5. Although nothing was confirmed, it was claimed that producers had permission to use the old house, and former presenters such as Amanda Byram would return to the show. The Olympic and Paralympic Games took place without the show being resurrected.
