Selection Criteria
To appropriately select a country, state, county, or town for program assistance, SEED looks at the following indicators to properly determine eligibility:
- Consistency in results year after year in proper infrastructure projects awarded
- Proper suspension and debarment measures
- Accountability, government effectiveness, and control of corruption
- Advancement of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs)
