Static (DC Comics)
Static is a fictional character, a comic book superhero published by DC Comics and a member of the Teen Titans. He is an original character from Milestone Comics, which was distributed and promoted by DC Comics but not originally owned or developed by them. Static first appears in Static #1 (June 1993) and was created by Dwayne McDuffie, Robert L. Washington III, and John Paul Leon.
