Marching Band
The South Point High School Marching Band has received a Superior rating at state for the past 4 years. The band performs at local OMEA Competitions and recently attended Bands of America Grand Nation Championships. The band is Ranked 17th in the nation in their class. At South Point, it is the goal to offer an unparalleled experience in music education. Were opportunities are provided to discover the joy of music through academic and performance based classes. The band of Gold of gold also performs at home basketball games and parades. The band is under the direction of David Edwards.
