Model Funding Agreement For Academies and Free Schools
The stipulation that the benefits of marriage be taught in academies and free schools was put forward by Michael Gove in Clause 28 of the Model Funding Agreement. Although the clause does not explicitly mention sexual orientation, it prompted The Daily Telegraph (traditionally supportive of the Conservative Party) to draw comparisons between the two clauses.
