- Medical Instrumentation Lab
- Bio-material, Tissue Engineering & Translational Wound Research Lab
- Cell and Molecular Biology facilities
- Bioinformatics and Proteomics facilities
- Atomic Force Microscope
- Optical Coherence Tomography
Apart from these facilitates students have access to research labs of other departments and shared facilities at Central Research Facility (CRF) centre of IIT Kharagpur.
