Facilities
Ruthven is located between High Street and Macartney Street, with station access from both.
The station consists of two platforms, in an island format, with a large fibre cement clad building at the South Morang end of the station. A large Metcard ticket vending machine is located at the entrance of the station, which is able to dispense most ticketing options available and also accept notes and coins. An underpass is situated at the Epping end of the station.
