RSA Insurance Group plc (trading as RSA, formerly Royal and Sun Alliance) (LSE: RSA) is a multinational general insurance company headquartered in London, United Kingdom. It has over 17 million customers in 140 countries across the World. It was formed by the merger of Sun Alliance and Royal Insurance in 1996.
RSA is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index.
