Rolaids

Rolaids

Rolaids was a brand of antacid produced by McNeil Consumer Healthcare, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson. The brand was acquired from Pfizer Consumer Healthcare as part of a merger in 2006. It was invented by American chemist Irvine W. Grote in the late 1920s. As a result of multiple recalls, production was suspended by the manufacturer in 2010, and McNeil is changing its manufacturing process in an attempt to restart Rolaids production.
