Otto Kumm, (1 October 1909 in Hamburg – 23 March 2004) was an SS-Brigadeführer and Generalmajor of the Waffen-SS, and a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves and Swords. After the war, he became one of the founders and the first head of the veteran organization HIAG.
