Nileshwaram (Malayalam: നീലേശ്വരം) is a municipality and a town in Kasaragod District of Kerala state, South India. Also spell it as Nileswaram. It is one of the three municipalities of Kasaragod district, the other two being Kasaragod and Kanhangad. Nileshwar is the third major town in kasargod district. Nileshwaram lies between two rivers, Nileshwaram and Karyangodu. To the west is the Arabian Sea.
