Key Performance Indicators

According to the results of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) survey released in the Spring of 2010, Niagara College had received a sixth consecutive number-one ranking in overall student satisfaction among all Ontario colleges. In all, 85.2 per cent of students from the 2009 academic year indicated that they were satisfied with the education they were receiving at Niagara College according to the results of that year’s KPI survey. The results had marked the ninth year in a row that Niagara College has been at or near the top in student satisfaction.

The Key Performance Indicator survey of released in the Spring of 2011 placed La Cité collégiale as first in student satisfaction for the 2010 academic year.
