Opinion Polling
In Germany, there are regular polls during the whole of the legislative period. Polls conducted by Germany's major polling agencies Allensbach, Emnid, Forsa, Forschungsgruppe Wahlen, GMS, Infratest Dimap and INSA/YouGov suggest that, were the next election to take place in May 2013, neither CDU/CSU and FDP (black-yellow coalition) nor SPD and Greens (red-green coalition), partners in the 1998–2005 Schröder government, would have a majority of seats.
