Sunnydale
Sunnydale is a small neighborhood located between McLaren Park and the Cow Palace. Bordered by Geneva Avenue to the south, Sawyer Street to the east, Sunnydale Avenue to the north and geographically isolated McLaren Park to the west. Known for its notorious high crime rate and housing projects on Sunnydale Avenue, also known as "the Swamp" or "the Dale".
