Maynard H. Jackson High School - Feeder Patterns

Feeder Patterns

As of the close of the APS redistricting process in 2012, Jackson High's feeder pattern included seven traditional zoned elementary schools and two traditional zoned middle schools. The elementary schools feeding into King Middle School and then Jackson High are Dunbar, Parkside, D.H. Stanton and Benteen. The elementary schools feeding into Coan Middle School and then Jackson High are Burgess-Peterson Academy, Whitefoord and Toomer.

Jackson's boundaries also included the campuses of three charter schools that also send children to Jackson High, Atlanta Neighborhood Charter School, Wesley International Academy, and Drew Charter.

Famous quotes containing the word patterns:

One can describe a landscape in many different words and sentences, but one would not normally cut up a picture of a landscape and rearrange it in different patterns in order to describe it in different ways. Because a photograph is not composed of discrete units strung out in a linear row of meaningful pieces, we do not understand it by looking at one element after another in a set sequence. The photograph is understood in one act of seeing; it is perceived in a gestalt.
