The Master of Management (MM, MiM, MMgt) is a post-graduate master’s degree awarded to students who normally complete a one to two year program of graduate level coursework in business management at an accredited academic institution. As the program is designed for students interested in entering leadership roles, the degree attracts applicants from diverse academic disciplines. Famous quotes containing the words master and/or management:

Remember that you are an actor in a drama, of such a part as it may please the master to assign you, for a long time or for a little as he may choose. And if he will you to take the part of a poor man, or a cripple, or a ruler, or a private citizen, then may you act that part with grace! For to act well the part that is allotted to us, that indeed is ours to do, but to choose it is another’s.
    Epictetus (c. 55–135 B.C.)

Why not draft executive and management brains to prepare and produce the equipment the $21-a-month draftee must use and forget this dollar-a-year tommyrot? Would we send an army into the field under a dollar-a-year General who had to be home Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays?
    Lyndon Baines Johnson (1908–1973)
