Stephen received High School education in Australia attending St Bedes College, Melbourne Victoria. His credentials include a Diploma Qusalification in Business Accounting obtained from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. From 2001 to 2003 he was employed in management at The Bank of Nauru.
