Khatauli (Hindi: खतौली) is a town in Muzaffarnagar district in the Indian state of Western Uttar Pradesh. It is located on NH 58 between Muzaffarnagar (24 km) and Meerut (36 km).It is now the northernmost limit of NCR and the development of the city especially in Economical,Industrial,Commercial & Residential areas or sectors. The place comes on the ambitious project of Uttar Pradesh government which is called "Upper Ganga Canal Expressway" that starts near the Noida region of NCR and goes upto Purkazi-Gurukul Narsan.
