KATU

KATU is the ABC-affiliated television station in Portland, Oregon. It broadcasts a high definition digital signal on UHF channel 43 (virtual channel 2.1 via PSIP) from a transmitter in the city's Sylvan-Highlands section. Owned by Fisher Communications, KATU is sister to Univision affiliate KUNP and the two stations share studios on Sandy Boulevard in northeastern Portland. Syndicated programming on this station includes Live! with Kelly and Michael, The Dr. Oz Show, The Ricki Lake Show, Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune with all but The Dr. Oz Show being broadcast in High Definition.
