It's Hard to Move You is the second album by A Thorn for Every Heart. The band began recording in late 2005/early 2006 with producer Matt Squire (Panic! at the Disco, The Receiving End of Sirens). They initially claimed to be done recording in January 2006 with a summer 2006 release date, but they then decided to return to the studio to work more on the album. The album was set to be released on July 31st, 2007 through Kickball Records, a small subsidiary of Interscope, but was not released due to Interscope dropping Kickball Records, leaving A Thorn For Every Heart without a label. The band is still unsure as to whether or not they have the rights to the album.
The title "It's Hard to Move You" is a quote from Summer So Bleak off A Thorn for Every Heart's previous album Things Aren't So Beautiful Now.

Famous quotes containing the words move you, hard and/or move:
“If the sight of the blue skies fills you with joy, if a blade of grass springing up in the fields has power to move you, if the simple things of nature have a message that you understand, rejoice, for your soul is alive ...”
—Eleonora Duse (18591924)
“Affection, indulgence, and humor alike are powerless against the instinct of children to rebel. It is essential to their minds and their wills as exercise is to their bodies. If they have no reasons, they will invent them, like nations bound on war. It is hard to imagine families limp enough always to be at peace. Wherever there is character there will be conflict. The best that children and parents can hope for is that the wounds of their conflict may not be too deep or too lasting.”
—New York State Division of Youth Newsletter (20th century)
“A Man who always acts in the Severity of Wisdom, or the Haughtiness of Quality, seems to move in a personated Part: It looks too Constrained and Theatrical for a Man to be always in that Character which distinguishes him from others.”
—Richard Steele (16721729)
