Each restaurant is a family-owned establishment by five other men who are all partners at specific locations alongside George and Toni Ippolito. Frank Genovese and Dan Smith are partners at the Norcross location, Brian Mackey and Jeff Reed are partners at the Windward Parkway location, and Dick Cunningham is a partner at the Suwanee location.
